bluesource Updating Service (bUS) makes it simple for you to keep up-to-date with the latest releases and maintenance updates of your Symantec Enterprise Vault solution.
The service is completely managed on your behalf and sits alongside the existing management infrastructure or is an optional component of our bMS Managed Archive Service. To reduce the likelihood of issues during any version upgrades bluesource adopts a best practice approach and usually wait at least until the first service pack is released before communicating and recommending an upgrade.
All maintenance is managed in line with your existing Change Management process and we adhere to ITIL guidelines when working with your in-house support teams.
This service is generally performed remotely from our specialized Service Management Centre in London during standard working hours, although we can provide an onsite service and out-of-hours upgrades as part of a bespoke, premium service.
