We’ve created a Discovery Framework that’s based on wide and extensive experience. Through focused discussions with business users and key stakeholders we show what’s possible – we guide and inform to ensure that the right blend of Universal Communication components and platform choices are made for your business so that you can make informed choices and deliver a sound business solution. We also offer our Discovery framework as a pre-packaged service. ​

  • Your Business and Financial Drivers — we want to understand your vision for Universal Communications and how it fits with your overall company objective and strategy. Understanding your drivers for change, existing investment and return on investment models, in line with your budget, are key discussion points. ​ ​
  • Your People’s Needs — we focus on job roles, their specific requirements, mobility and device preferences. Our goal is to deliver a great user experience that adds value to their role and your organisation. ​ ​
  • Your Platform Strategy — we review all options to determine the best fit for your business – on-premises, cloud (public and private options) and hybrid.
  • Your Network — we focus on your current LAN/WAN estate, existing technologies and usage patterns. We discuss proven best practice for Universal Communications networks and understand your specific requirements for voice and data convergence and your near and medium-term network plans. A highly-recommended, extended network module, featuring a complete review of LAN/WAN infrastructure and an assessment of expected call quality for the existing estate, is also available.

Design & Implement

Based on your Discovery sessions, our team of leading UC consultants design a solution that’s specific to your business on the platform of your choice, covering messaging, conferencing and voice as appropriate. ​ ​

We also cover call services, network, (high availability and disaster recovery), device integration, storage requirements, compliance and security, if required. ​ ​​

Once signed-off, a highly-expert team of three is assigned – project manager, accountable to you, a lead consultant, technically accountable and a Lync implementation consultant. ​ ​

Quick start guides and “as built” technical documentation accompany implementations as appropriate.


Implementation is just the start. We understand the investment you’re making in moving to a Universal Communications solution and user acceptance is vital. So we work with you as you embrace operational change.

We run demo days and dedicated training sessions, face-to-face or video-based, for staff across the business – end users, super users and administrators. The choice is yours.​
